Quality assurance

To ensure every finished product meets stringent customer specifications, we conduct an exhaustive and meticulous final inspection of all aerospace steels. This includes determining mechanical properties, toughness, macrostructure, microstructure, grain size, and cleanliness, as well as assessing hardness, performing visual and dimensional controls, ultrasonic testing, and identity verification. Upon request, we can determine the Fracture Appearance Transition Temperature (FATT), analyse the morphology of fracture steel surfaces, and evaluate the proportion of intercrystalline fractures. Through these comprehensive evaluations, we guarantee the highest standards of quality and performance in our aerospace steels.
