Have you become aware of potential violations?

The SIJ Group is aware of the importance of ethical and legal business and encourages you to report detected violations through the internal reporting route, as this way reports can be handled efficiently and errors and violations can be quickly eliminated.

You can report violations of any regulation that you have detected.

You must file a complaint no later than two years after the infringement has ceased.

Violations can be, for example:

• violations of regulations in the field of labor relations;
• violations of the prohibition of discrimination;
• corruption;
• bribery;
• violations of financial regulations;
• violations of environmental regulations;
• violations of tax regulations;
• violations of anti-money laundering and terrorist financing regulations;
• violations of public health regulations;
• violations of consumer protection regulations.
