We carry out dimensional measurements on a coordinate measuring machine in the classic way according to the plan / sketches or according to the provided reference CAD model.

  • We perform measurements on standard or very demanding 3D measuring devices. Measured items can be products or semi-finished products, such as: various samples, parts or sets of tools, clamping devices, reference standards, etc.

  • We offer analysis of measurements and professional advice.

  • Measuring device: Coordinate measuring machine Global S Green, with measuring range (900 x 1500 x 800) mm. Measurement by touch or contact scanning.

Calibrations of devices for non-destructive testing

Calibration laboratory at SIJ Ravne Systems Laboratories d.o.o. offers its customers periodic calibration of ultrasound devices during use.

The calibration of ultrasound devices is carried out in accordance with the SIST EN 12668-1:2011 standard and can be carried out on the premises of the laboratory or client's premises.

The laboratory is accredited according to the requirements of the SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard at the Slovenian Accreditation (SA) with accreditation document LK-004.

With the help of a generated homogeneous magnetic field inside a suitable coil in the Laboratory of SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. we carry out accredited calibrations of magnetic field meters. Calibration is performed for meters that measure direct or alternating magnetic fields in the range from 1 A/cm to 120 A/cm.

Calibration is carried out in accordance with the internal procedure, which is entirely developed within the company SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. .

The laboratory is accredited according to the requirements of the SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard at the Slovenian Accreditation (SA) with accreditation document LK-004.

In the Laboratory of SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. we offer accredited calibration of visible light meters in the range from 60 lux to 3000 lux. At the customer's request, non-accredited calibration can also be performed in the areas between 1 lux - 60 lux and between 3000 lux - 20000 lux.

Calibration is carried out in accordance with the internal procedure in the darkroom located in the SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. Laboratory.

The laboratory is accredited according to the requirements of the SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard at the Slovenian Accreditation (SA) with accreditation document LK-004.

In the Laboratory of SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. we offer accredited calibration of UV-A light meters in the range from 0.5 mW/cm2 to 5 mW/cm2.

Calibration is carried out in accordance with the internal procedure in the darkroom located in the SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. Laboratory.

The laboratory is accredited according to the requirements of the SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard at the Slovenian Accreditation (SA) with accreditation document LK-004.

UV-A light sources, more specifically UV-A LED lights, are an integral part of the equipment for the magnetic examination (MT) of materials. In magnetic investigations, in addition to a reliable operator, the appropriateness of the measuring equipment is also important.

Calibration of UV-A light sources is carried out in accordance with the internal procedure inside the darkroom located in the SIJ Ravne Systems d.o.o. Laboratory.

The laboratory is accredited according to the requirements of the SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard at the Slovenian Accreditation (SA) with accreditation document LK-004.

According to the SIST EN ISO 9934-3:2015 standard, hand-held electromagnets have a precisely determined magnetic field strength, which is suitable for magnetic testing (MT) of materials.

In our laboratory, we perform testing of manual electromagnets in accordance with the internal procedure, which refers to the SIST EN ISO 9934-3:2015 standard.

The laboratory is accredited according to the requirements of the SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard at the Slovenian Accreditation (SA) with accreditation document LP-007.

In addition to accredited services, the laboratory also offers non-accredited calibrations of standards.

For these, as well as for accredited calibrations, the laboratory ensures the traceability of measurements at the national and international level using calibration equipment that is regularly calibrated in accredited laboratories and recognized national metrology institutes.
