DILON d.o.o., holding a 72.2% stake in SIJ d.d., neither plans nor conducts activities for the sale of SIJ d.d. The company also has not sought nor engaged consultants to lead a sales process, as alleged. Activities are carried out by SIJ d.d. for potential financing purposes of the SIJ Group's expansion, in line with the company's plans.
